By popular demand I have decided to offer a rush processing option for my customers. All rush orders will get 1 palo santo stick or medium-large sized crystal (please leave a note in the order to which of the two you would like) and your order will be rushed to the top of the list so that when your order is placed, It will be the next in line to get worked on. If for whatever reason order cannot be packed within 24 hours the fee will be refunded. Possible same day shipping depending on what time your order is placed. If not same day shipping then will ship out the next business day. (please note if you order this after 3 pm on a Friday your order will not ship until Monday, If you order comes in early enough in the day you may see the package in transit the same day)
This is not a shipping upgrade, this listing is only intended to rush the processing time. On average I have hundreds of orders in queue when you place an order with me. My processing time can take up to 5-7 business days (about 2-2.5 weeks for delivery with the additional time needed for transit.) Adding this to checkout will move you the front of the line so that your order is processed ASAP. If you wish to have priority shipping you will need to choose that option at checkout as well if your order doesn't automatically upgrade due to the weight. This means that packages under 1 pound in weight will ship first class unless you choose priority mail at checkout.
PLEASE send me a message before adding this to your order to make sure I can accommodate your rush request otherwise request cannot be gauranteed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not share or sell any of your personal or contact information and this information will not be used to sign you up for any mailing or newsletter subscriptions from my company.
Information or questions about orders will only be discussed if messages are sent from the buyers profile. I will not discuss any information about existing or past orders through social media, email, text or phone.
Payments are processed safely through Etsy payment system or PayPal and account numbers are not shared with me.
Frequently Asked Questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
GIft wrapping is available, I use kraft wrapping paper, tissue paper and black twine to wrap gifts. All wrapped gifts will be shipped inside other packaging so that the shipping label is not applied to the actual gift. I do not recommend gift wrapping for international orders as customs may tear apart the gift wrap upon inspection during entry.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale is available on certain products only and must be a minimum $200 purchase. A 40% deposit is required on custom or personalized requests along with any items that will need to be special ordered. Please reach out to me via messenger if you have any questions pertaining to wholesale.
Custom and personalized orders
I am more than happy to offer custom listings If there are items listed on my website that you do not see on Etsy. Please message me directly to have a private listing created if you wish to purchase through my Etsy shop.
